- FOR MEATBALLS
- 1 pound each ground beef and ground pork
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 small shallot small diced
- salt and pepper
- FOR SAUCE
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
How To Make slow cooker chili hoisin glazed meatballs

Step 1Mix the ingredients together for the meatballs. Line a cooking sheet with foil and spray cooking spray on it. Set oven at broil on high. Shape the meat into desired size meatballs. Broil in batches until browned on both sides. Place them in the slow cooker.

Step 2Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Carefully stirring them from time to time.
