These are a Favorite around here for game day as they are quick and easy and the Guys can jump around and eat them...also ladies you can premake the uncooked product and freeze em for all season!!!

2 lb
ground beef
1 small
white onion
brown sugar
minced garlic
salt and pepper
1 bottle
spicy bbq sauce
cheddar cheese, shredded
4 can(s)
small biscuits
cooking oil of your choice

How to Make Sloppy Kickers


  • 1In large skillet fry up ground beef, onion, and minced garlic
  • 2add enough Ketchup to cover all meat
  • 3add a couple lil squirts of Mustard
  • 4add Brown Sugar to taste
  • 5add salt and pepper to taste
  • 6let mix cool to room temp while you prep biscuits
  • 7flatten out biscuits
  • 8add heaping tablespoons of mix to center of biscuits and sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  • 9fold biscuits in half and pinch close the edges
  • 10deep fry in cooking oil of your choice until both sides are golden brown
  • 11serve with spicy BBQ sauce
