I knew nothing about Skyline until I moved to Cincinnati. The coneys have always been my favorite (without mustard) since I never understood putting chili on pasta. This recipe is easy, gives you the chili flavoring without confusing the Italian spaghetti concept I grew up with! Enjoy

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can skyline chili
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar
- 1 bag chips

Step 1Lightly grease 9x13. Layer with cream cheese, chili, then cheddar. Cook in oven long enough to melt together. Serve with tortilla, corn, or potato chips.
