How to Make Shugah's BBQ Meatballs
- 1In a 4 qt sauce pan - add ketchup, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce in the pan under med heat. Cook until the sugar has melted and the sauce is hot (do not boil)
- 2Once the sauce is hot - add meatballs - stir until all the meatballs are coated with the BBQ sauce.
If you are not in a hurry to serve - Prepare the day before the meatballs are needed = place the pot in the frig so the meatballs can marinate overnight then continue as directed below.
- 3Place the meatballs in a crockpot on high - heat approx 1 - 2 hours - (until the meatballs are thawed and very hot) - turn the crockpot to warm and ENJOY!!!!
This is also great served with rice.
