• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs
• 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
• 1/2 can water chestnuts (finely chopped)
• - salt & pepper to taste
• - sauce ingredients below:
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1 teaspoon plain mustard
• 6 tablespoons molasses (light)
• 6 tablespoons vinegar
