Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz
    package of wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage or hot sausage
  • 2 c
    shredded colby cheese
  • 1/2 medium
    green pepper (chopped fine)
  • 1/2 medium
    red pepper (chopped fine)
  • 2 bunch
    green onions (chopped fine)
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing

How to Make Sausage Wonton Stars

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly press wonton wrappers into the bottom and up sides of mini muffin cups
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until edges are lightly browned (do not over bake)
  3. In a large skillet, cook sausage till no longer pink and drain really well!
  4. Stir in cheese, peppers, onions and salad dressing.
  5. Spoon by rounded spoonfuls into each wonton cup
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or until heated and melted.
