sausage wonton appetizers
I have seen similiar recipes of these wontons, but this recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious! You can make this to suite your own taste. You can decrease ranch or use hot sausage instead of mild. I have also added a can of drained rotel tomatoes for a different taste. I have made these using shrimp or crab meat. I also have Pork wonton recipe that I have posted.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage (i like williams brand best)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerala cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces ranch salad dressing
- 1 package rectangular wonton wrappers
How To Make sausage wonton appetizers

Step 1Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add cheeses and salad dressing(adjust amount of dressing to your taste) and mix together.

Step 2place wonton wrappers into mini muffin pan. Fill each with a teaspoon of sausage mixture. Cook at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until slightly browned and cheeses are melted.
