Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon jimmy dean sausage, original, browned, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup hidden valley ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco, optional
- 1 - refrigerated pie crust
How To Make sausage ranch bites

Step 1Mix all ingredients but pie crust together.

Step 2Unroll pie crust on flat surface. Using a 2 inch cookie cutter cut 24 rounds from crust, rerolling crust scraps. Gently press 1 round in bottom and up the sides of each 24 ungreased mini muffin cups.

Step 3Place a teaspoon of sausage mixture into each muffin cup.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 10 - 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
