Sausage Puffs

Ashley Dawkins

I make these every year for Easter. They're great to take a long to all of the places I've got to stop!

How to Make Sausage Puffs

  1. Microwave the frozen sausage patties per directions and once they are cooled off, crumble them up.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with the sausage crumbles.
  3. Lay out the crescent roll triangles and cut in half.
  4. Add a dollop of the mixture in the middle, and fold up the dough so that nothing is peaking out. (Gets kind of tricky because of the shape.)
  5. Pop in the oven at 300 degrees and cook until golden brown.
