I make these every year for Easter. They're great to take a long to all of the places I've got to stop!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen breakfast sausage
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can pillsbury crescent rolls

How To Make sausage puffs

  • Step 1
    Microwave the frozen sausage patties per directions and once they are cooled off, crumble them up.
  • Step 2
    Mix the softened cream cheese with the sausage crumbles.
  • Step 3
    Lay out the crescent roll triangles and cut in half.
  • Step 4
    Add a dollop of the mixture in the middle, and fold up the dough so that nothing is peaking out. (Gets kind of tricky because of the shape.)
  • Step 5
    Pop in the oven at 300 degrees and cook until golden brown.
