Ingredients
- 1/2 pound italian sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 package 14 0z of mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
How To Make sausage pizza stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F. In a skillet saute sausage until brown and well cooked. Drain and put into a large bowl.

Step 2saute onion, garlic and mushroom stems in teh pan drippings untill tender. add tothe bowl with sausage and stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 3Fill each mushroom cap an d place into a 9x13 baking pan. bake 20 min. Makes approximately 20 mushroom caps.
