  • 1/2 lb
    italian sausage
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic crushed
  • 1 pkg
    14 0z of mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c
    pizza sauce

How to Make Sausage Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. Preheat oven to 400F. In a skillet saute sausage until brown and well cooked. Drain and put into a large bowl.
  2. saute onion, garlic and mushroom stems in teh pan drippings untill tender. add tothe bowl with sausage and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap an d place into a 9x13 baking pan. bake 20 min. Makes approximately 20 mushroom caps.
