Ingredients

·1/2 cup apricot preserves

·1 tbsp. grand marnier liqueur

·1/4 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
-
·12 oz. precooked pork sausage links

·3 apricots, cut into 1 inch pieces
How to Make Sausage Kabobs
- In small pan, mix preserves, Grand Marnier, and grated orang peel. Heat to boiling. Boil, stirring for 1 minute. Set aside to cool. Heat sausage. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Alternate sausage with apricots on 8 inch skewers.. Glaze sausage and fruit with sauce. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or til sauce is bubbly. Serve at once. Serves 6
