Great, fast, easy dip that everyone loves. I serve on a plain cracker but it's also good on chips, tortillas or pita chips. It's a hit wherever I take it.

Ingredients

2 cans ro-tel original diced tomatoes & green chilites
1 pound jimmy dean original sausage (roll)
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese

How To Make sausage dip

Step 1

Drain tomatoes well. Cook sausage meat in frying pan, drain well. Add drained tomatoes to sausage in pan. Add cream cheese and heat very low until cream cheese melts and mixed with sausage and tomatoes. Enjoy!
