Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage, hot or mild, your preference
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 - egg white, slightly beaten
- - poppy seeds
- 1 - 8oz packages cream cheese
How To Make sausage cream cheese appetizer

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Brown sausage and drain well.

Step 3Mix sausage with cream cheese.

Step 4Unroll 1 can crescent rolls. Place in greased pan. Pressing seams together.

Step 5Spread sausage cream cheese mixture onto dough, leaving enough space at edges to pinch together.

Step 6Open 2nd can of crescent rolls, carefully place on top of sausage mixture, stretching to same size as bottom layer, pressing seams together,pinch together around edges together.

Step 7You can also tear dough apart as if you were making crescent rolls, put sausage mixture on and roll as you normally would for individual rolls.

Step 8Brush top layer with beaten egg white and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Step 9Bake for approximately 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 10Cool completely, cut into serving sizes.
