These are great for a tailgate party or super bowl party.I got this recipe from, "The girl who ate everything, when I was looking for a diff finger food, for the super bowl..yum! Pic is not mine..

  • 3 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1 lb
    ground pork sausage
  • 4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz)
  • 1 /2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary leaves crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    chopped fresh parsley

How to Make Sausage Cheese Balls


  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan or use parchment paper.
  2. Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. If your mixture is too dry add a little more milk. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping. Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired.We used ranch dressing..mmmmm
