I Love Sausage & Cheese so i came across this and thought that i would place here on JAP.

Ingredients

3 c
biscuit mix
1 lb
bulk pork sausage
4 c
mexican blend shredded cheese ( 16oz)
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp
parsley flakes
1 bottle
chili sauce if desired

How to Make Sausage-Cheese Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease bottom of 15x10x1 inch pan with shortening, or spray with cooking spray.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chili sauce. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.Bake uncovered 20-25 mins. or until no longer pink in the center. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with chili sauce.
