Ingredients
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 4 cups mexican blend shredded cheese ( 16oz)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 bottle chili sauce if desired
How To Make sausage-cheese balls

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease bottom of 15x10x1 inch pan with shortening, or spray with cooking spray.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chili sauce. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.Bake uncovered 20-25 mins. or until no longer pink in the center. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with chili sauce.
