Ingredients
- 2 pounds uncooked sausage
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 4 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make sausage-cheese balls

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls.

Step 3Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Turn twice while cooking. Can be frozen uncooked.
