These little bites are tasty. I have also cooked these without cheese and the are still divine!!!! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 count) grands jr flaky biscuits
  • 1 pound pork sausage, mild (i prefer tennessee pride)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make sausage bites

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
    Mix raw sausage and cheese gently until well blended. Shape into 40 balls of equal size.
  • Step 3
    Remove biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making 40 biscuit layers.
  • Step 4
    Press one layer of biscuit into cup of lightly greased mini-cupcake pan. Repeat with remaining layers.
  • Step 5
    Place a sausage-cheese ball in each biscuit cup. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are browned and sausage balls are bubbly.
