These little bites are tasty. I have also cooked these without cheese and the are still divine!!!! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cans (10 count) grands jr flaky biscuits
- 1 pound pork sausage, mild (i prefer tennessee pride)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage bites

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Mix raw sausage and cheese gently until well blended. Shape into 40 balls of equal size.

Step 3Remove biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making 40 biscuit layers.

Step 4Press one layer of biscuit into cup of lightly greased mini-cupcake pan. Repeat with remaining layers.

Step 5Place a sausage-cheese ball in each biscuit cup. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are browned and sausage balls are bubbly.
