Ingredients
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 6 ounces fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 1 can 15 oz. cannellini beans(rinsed & drained)
- 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- - assorted crackers or bread slices
How To Make sausage & bean dip recipe

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet cook sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up sausage into crumbles; drain.

Step 2Stir in chicken broth, oregano and thyme. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is almost evaporated.

Step 3Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in spinach, beans and tomatoes; cook and stir until spinach is wilted.

Step 4Transfer to a greased 8 in square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 6Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
