  • 1 lb
    jimmy dean sausage
  • 1 lb
    mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2-1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1
  • ·
    garlic powder, to taste
  • ·
    onion powder, to taste

How to Make Sausage Balls


  1. Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add garlic powder & onion powder to browned sausage. Stir.
  2. Over medium-low heat, melt cheese, stirring frequently.
  3. Combine meat mixture, cheese, bisquick, milk and egg in mixing bowl and blend well.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, allowing room to rise.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
