We love these at Christmas. Christmas is not the same without sausage balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jimmy dean sausage
  • 1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2-1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 - egg
  • - garlic powder, to taste
  • - onion powder, to taste

How To Make sausage balls

  • Step 1
    Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add garlic powder & onion powder to browned sausage. Stir.
  • Step 2
    Over medium-low heat, melt cheese, stirring frequently.
  • Step 3
    Combine meat mixture, cheese, bisquick, milk and egg in mixing bowl and blend well.
  • Step 4
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, allowing room to rise.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
