How to Make Sausage Balls
- Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add garlic powder & onion powder to browned sausage. Stir.
- Over medium-low heat, melt cheese, stirring frequently.
- Combine meat mixture, cheese, bisquick, milk and egg in mixing bowl and blend well.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, allowing room to rise.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
