Ingredients
- 1 pound jimmy dean sausage
- 1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 2-1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 - egg
- - garlic powder, to taste
- - onion powder, to taste
How To Make sausage balls

Step 1Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add garlic powder & onion powder to browned sausage. Stir.

Step 2Over medium-low heat, melt cheese, stirring frequently.

Step 3Combine meat mixture, cheese, bisquick, milk and egg in mixing bowl and blend well.

Step 4Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, allowing room to rise.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
