My mom made these for Christmas breakfast but my kids love it so much that i cook it for saturday mornings with a white gravy and scrambled eggs. It can be done ahead the night before and popped into the oven when you wake.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons milk (more if too dry)
- 1 cup cheese *any kind
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1Mix together well. shape into balls and bake @ 350 for 20 minutes on ungreased pan
