Ingredients

1 pound sausage (such as jimmy dean)
2 cups bisquick
10 ounces shredded cheese (cheddar)
a few dash hot sauce

How To Make sausage balls

Step 1

Mix ingredients thoroughly and roll into one-inch balls.

Step 2

Place balls on a greased cookie sheet, and bake at 375 for 18-20 min. Makes about 36-40 sausage balls.
