Ingredients
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups bisquick
How To Make sausage balls

Step 1Grate cheese - melt in the top of a double boiler until melted, add sausage. Mix well and then add bisquick,it will make a stiff batter to make balls with.

Step 2Form into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned 12-15 minutes. Note: add 1/2 cup of flour if mixture is not quite stiff enough. May be frozen and heated through as desired.
