How to Make Sausage Balls

  1. Grate cheese and mix with sausage and let this misture sit out for approximately 2 hours.
  2. Mix in Bisquick mix and enough broth or beer so the misture will stick together.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and return to freezer.
When ready to bake, take out desired amount and bake in 350 degree oven approximately 15 minutes.
Turn balls over and bake until brown.
  4. I make mine with chicken broth.
The receipe calls for Owens hot country style sausage, my family likes mild.
