This is one of my favorite recipes for sausage balls. I have been using this recipe for several years.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 ounces package cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pound owens mild country style sausage
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick mix
- 3 to 4 ounces beer or chicken broth
How To Make sausage balls

Step 1Grate cheese and mix with sausage and let this misture sit out for approximately 2 hours.

Step 2Mix in Bisquick mix and enough broth or beer so the misture will stick together.

Step 3Roll into 1 inch balls and return to freezer. When ready to bake, take out desired amount and bake in 350 degree oven approximately 15 minutes. Turn balls over and bake until brown.

Step 4I make mine with chicken broth. The receipe calls for Owens hot country style sausage, my family likes mild.
