How to Make Sausage Balls
- Grate cheese and mix with sausage and let this misture sit out for approximately 2 hours.
- Mix in Bisquick mix and enough broth or beer so the misture will stick together.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and return to freezer.
When ready to bake, take out desired amount and bake in 350 degree oven approximately 15 minutes.
Turn balls over and bake until brown.
- I make mine with chicken broth.
The receipe calls for Owens hot country style sausage, my family likes mild.
