This is the traditional sausage balls that you have at parties...since I didn't see it posted, I thought that I would.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork sausage, bulk
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces margarine, softened
- 12 ounces flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
How To Make sausage balls

Step 1Form sausage into i inch balls, using a NO. 70 dipper.

Step 2Place on baking sheet.

Step 3Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature 165.

Step 4Drain on paper towels.

Step 5Combine cheese, margarine, flour and seasonings in mixer bowl, using flat beater.

Step 6Wrap 2 Tbs. (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball.

Step 7Place on an non-greased baking sheet.

Step 8Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.

Step 9Serve hot.
