This is the traditional sausage balls that you have at parties...since I didn't see it posted, I thought that I would.

Ingredients

2 lb
pork sausage, bulk
1 lb
cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz
margarine, softened
12 oz
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
paprika

How to Make Sausage Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Form sausage into i inch balls, using a NO. 70 dipper.
  • 2Place on baking sheet.
  • 3Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature 165.
  • 4Drain on paper towels.
  • 5Combine cheese, margarine, flour and seasonings in mixer bowl, using flat beater.
  • 6Wrap 2 Tbs. (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball.
  • 7Place on an non-greased baking sheet.
  • 8Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
  • 9Serve hot.
