How to Make Sausage Balls
- Form sausage into i inch balls, using a NO. 70 dipper.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature 165.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Combine cheese, margarine, flour and seasonings in mixer bowl, using flat beater.
- Wrap 2 Tbs. (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball.
- Place on an non-greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
