How to Make Sausage Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Form sausage into i inch balls, using a NO. 70 dipper.
  2. Place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature 165.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Combine cheese, margarine, flour and seasonings in mixer bowl, using flat beater.
  6. Wrap 2 Tbs. (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball.
  7. Place on an non-greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
