    mini bagels
  • 1 lb
    sausage, mild
  • 1 lb
    sausage, hot
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese

How to Make Sausage Bagels


  1. Brown sausage, like you do hamburger meat. After browning sauage, drain and squeeze out grease.
  2. Put back into pan and cut up cheese into chucks and melt with sausage.
  3. Spread on bagels-toast in toaster oven or brown in a 350 degree oven depending on amount.
  4. Can be frozen. If frozen, thaw before browning.
