Ingredients

3 pkg
mini bagels
1 lb
sausage, mild
1 lb
sausage, hot
1 lb
velveeta cheese

Step-By-Step

1Brown sausage, like you do hamburger meat. After browning sauage, drain and squeeze out grease.
2Put back into pan and cut up cheese into chucks and melt with sausage.
3Spread on bagels-toast in toaster oven or brown in a 350 degree oven depending on amount.
4Can be frozen. If frozen, thaw before browning.
