Ingredients

  • 3 packages mini bagels
  • 1 pound sausage, mild
  • 1 pound sausage, hot
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese

How To Make sausage bagels

  • Step 1
    Brown sausage, like you do hamburger meat. After browning sauage, drain and squeeze out grease.
  • Step 2
    Put back into pan and cut up cheese into chucks and melt with sausage.
  • Step 3
    Spread on bagels-toast in toaster oven or brown in a 350 degree oven depending on amount.
  • Step 4
    Can be frozen. If frozen, thaw before browning.
