- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 pinch garlic

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In large mixing bowl combine sausage,cheese,garlic and flour, then mix in beaten egg until fulled mixed

Step 2shape into balls. place balls on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. may be made in advance or frozen until needed..great with many side dips, like: spicy mustard,bbq,or ranch
