Ingredients
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and cut up
- 1 cup sliced corned beef, cut up
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- - prepared mustard
How To Make sauerkraut surprises

Step 1Mix sauerkraut, corned beef, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, the onion, water, parsley, horseradish, garlic, and salt; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Step 2Heat oven to 400º.

Step 3Shape sauerkraut mixture into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in 2 beaten eggs, then roll in ½ cup bread crumbs.

Step 4Bake on ungreased baking sheet until light brown, about 20 minutes.

Step 5Serve hot with mustard.
