- 1 1/2 tablespoons mortons tenderquick salt
- 3/4 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- dash red pepper flakes, as much or little as you like
How To Make salami

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and form a log. Refrigerate uncovered for 24 hours.

Step 2Place on rack over a sheet cake pan to catch drips. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
