- 1/4 pound salami (sliced wafer thin)
- 1/8 pound grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 pound grated romano cheese

Step 1Arrange salami on a cookie sheet, then sprinkle each slice with the cheeses. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes. Drain the salami on paper towels. Serve warm.
