1 lbbacon
-
1 - 8 ozcan water chestnut

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1 1/2 cbrown sugar

3/4 ccatsup
-
1 Tbsp. vinegar
-
1 Tbspsugar
How to Make Rumaki
- Cut bacon in half and wrap each water chestnut; secure with a toothpick.
- Place in rows on baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Drain grease. Refrigerate for 3+ hours or overnight.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for another 20 minutes. Serve warm.
