How to Make Rumaki

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut bacon in half and wrap each water chestnut; secure with a toothpick.
  2. Place in rows on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Drain grease. Refrigerate for 3+ hours or overnight.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for another 20 minutes. Serve warm.
