Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
bacon
1 - 8 oz
can water chestnut
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 1/2 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
catsup
1 Tbsp
. vinegar
1 Tbsp
sugar

How to Make Rumaki

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut bacon in half and wrap each water chestnut; secure with a toothpick.
  • 2Place in rows on baking sheet.
  • 3Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 4Drain grease. Refrigerate for 3+ hours or overnight.
  • 5Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.
  • 6Bake at 350 degrees for another 20 minutes. Serve warm.
