Rib-Eye Ritz Bitz
1/4 lbleft over rib-eye steak (sliced bit-sized)
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1/2 tspgarlic power
dash(es)salt and pepper
4 dash(es)hot pepper sauce (like tabasco)
1/3 cparmasan cheese, finely grated
1/3 ccheddar cheese, finely grated
2 Tbspdijon honey mustard
How to Make Rib-Eye Ritz Bitz
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut up left over steak into bite-size slices. In a medium hot skillet, add butter and when melted, add the steak, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce and let cook for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, add the cheeses, then add the steak and toss until steak is coated with the cheeses.
- Add 1 to 3 steak pieces to each cracker. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes.
