When steak is on the menu, we usually end up with a bit left over. How to use up the left over steak was becoming a big question for me. Then I hit on an idea, partially from a Ritz recipe on the box of my personal favorite cracker and my own imagination and taste. They ended up being such a hit with my husband and I that it's mandatory to save some steak for these Friday night appetizers. Enjoy!
