Ingredients

  • 8
    everything mini bagels
  • 16 Tbsp
    thousand island dressing
  • 4 oz
    thinly sliced swiss cheese
  • 8 oz
    thinly sliced deli corn beef
  • 3/4 c
    sauerkraut

How to Make Reuben sliders

Step-by-Step

  1. heat oven to 400 degrees, place bottom half of bagels on baking sheet
  2. Spread each with 2 teaspoons of dressing
  3. layer each with 1 oz corn beef, 1 1/2 tsp of sauerkraut and 1/2 oz swiss cheese
  4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts...top with other half of bagel and serve
