Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon horseradish sauce
- 5 - flour tortillas
- 1 pound deli corned beef, thinly sliced
- 15 slices swiss cheese
- 14 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed & drained well
How To Make reuben roll-ups

Step 1Mix cream cheese, mustard and horseradish in small bowl until smooth.

Step 2Spread a heaping tablespoonful of mixture over each tortilla.

Step 3Layer corned beef, 3 slices of swiss cheese and another tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture on top.

Step 4Layer a 1/2 cup of sauerkraut on top of other ingredients.

Step 5Roll the tortilla tightly.

Step 6Chill for 1 hour.

Step 7Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
