A little variation on an old classic.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • 5 - flour tortillas
  • 1 pound deli corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 15 slices swiss cheese
  • 14 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed & drained well

How To Make reuben roll-ups

  • Step 1
    Mix cream cheese, mustard and horseradish in small bowl until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Spread a heaping tablespoonful of mixture over each tortilla.
  • Step 3
    Layer corned beef, 3 slices of swiss cheese and another tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Step 4
    Layer a 1/2 cup of sauerkraut on top of other ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Step 6
    Chill for 1 hour.
  • Step 7
    Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
