  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    horseradish sauce
  • 5
    flour tortillas
  • 1 lb
    deli corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 15 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 14 oz
    sauerkraut, rinsed & drained well

How to Make Reuben Roll-ups


  1. Mix cream cheese, mustard and horseradish in small bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread a heaping tablespoonful of mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Layer corned beef, 3 slices of swiss cheese and another tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture on top.
  4. Layer a 1/2 cup of sauerkraut on top of other ingredients.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly.
  6. Chill for 1 hour.
  7. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
