My son and his friends are "BACON JUNKIES" for lack of a better desciption. This one I did for them. Bet you can't eat just one !!!!!

Ingredients For reethy's spicy nut bacon

  • 1 lb
    thick cut bacon
  • 1 c
    ** ddd popcorn seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    peacan chopped
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup
  • ** DDD POPCORN SEASONING CAN BE FOUND IN MY RECIPES. BROWN SUGAR CAN REMAIN AS IS FOR THIS RECIPE.

    In bowl mix DDD pop corn seasoning, peacans.

    Place bacon in pan for baking (with edges) there will be oil run off.

    PAINT each slice with syrup. make sure pieces are close but not touching.

    on each piece load in mixture ( the length of bacon)

    Place in 400 F oven until desired crispyness. ENJOY!
