Ingredients
- - 1 pound cooked ham
- - 1 pound ground pork
- - 1 cup milk
- - 2 slices bread, crumbled
- - 3 green onions, chopped
- - 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- - 1 tbsp. mustard
- - 1/2 cup water
- - 1/2 cup vinegar
- - 1 cup packed brown sugar
- - 2 t. mustard
How To Make razorback meatballs

Step 1Process the ham in food processor until very finely chopped. Mix with pork, milk, and bread, green onions, parsley and 1 T. mustard in large bowl and mix just until combined; do not overmix. Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.

Step 2Put in greased baking dish. Mix the water, vinegar, brown sugar and 2 t. mustard in pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 Big Taste of Little Rock
