Ingredients
- 20 wing portions
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Crystal hot sauce
- scallion greens, for garnish
How To Make raspberry bbq chicken wings

Step 1Fire up the broiler. Lay the wings in a single layer on a sheet pan and set under the broiler for about 10 minutes. Turn once about halfway through.

Step 2Mix the raspberry jam, bbq sauce, vinegar and hot sauce together. Place the chicken wings in a slow cooker.

Step 3Pour the sauce over top and cook on low for 4 hours. Remove the wings. Strain the sauce and place in a saucepan on the stove. Reduce by half and pour over wings. Serve garnished with the green parts of scallions.
