Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- SAUCE
- 2 cups seedless raspberry jam
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- - sliced green onions for garnish
How To Make raspberry and balsamic glazed meatballs

Step 1To make the meatballs. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and shape into 2 inch balls. In batches brown the meatballs in a little oil and then place in a sprayed crock pot.

Step 2Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over the meatballs. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with green onions.
