To make the meatballs.
Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and shape into 2 inch balls. In batches brown the meatballs in a little oil and then place in a sprayed crock pot.
Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over the meatballs. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with green onions.
