Deep Fry


  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2
    yellow onion diced
  • 2
    finely grated carrots
  • 1 bunch
    cellophane noodles..in the asian isle
  • 2 clove
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 pkg
    egg roll wrappers
  • 1
  • ·
    oil for frying

How to Make Pork Egg Rolls


  1. In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
  2. While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
  3. Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
  4. Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
