These are aunthentic Vietnamese egg rolls.Most ingredients you can find at your local store.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1/2 - yellow onion diced
  • 2 - finely grated carrots
  • 1 bunch cellophane noodles..in the asian isle
  • 2 cloves garlic.minced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 - egg
  • - oil for frying

How To Make pork egg rolls

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
  • Step 2
    While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
  • Step 4
    Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
