Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1/2 - yellow onion diced
- 2 - finely grated carrots
- 1 bunch cellophane noodles..in the asian isle
- 2 cloves garlic.minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 - egg
- - oil for frying
How To Make pork egg rolls

Step 1In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking

Step 2While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.

Step 3Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.

Step 4Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
