Ingredients

2 lb
ground pork
1/2
yellow onion diced
2
finely grated carrots
2 bunch
cellophane noodles..in the asian isle
2 clove
garlic.minced
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
2 tsp
soy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
1 tsp
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 pkg
egg roll wrappers
1
egg
oil for frying

How to Make Pork Egg Rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
  • 2While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
  • 3Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
  • 4Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
