Ingredients

2 lbground pork
-
1/2yellow onion diced
-
2finely grated carrots
-
1 bunchcellophane noodles..in the asian isle
-
2 clovegarlic.minced
-
2 Tbspoyster sauce
-
2 tspsoy sauce...i use golden mountain soy seasoning
-
1 tspsugar
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 pkgegg roll wrappers
-
1egg
-
·oil for frying
How to Make Pork Egg Rolls
- In a large bowl soak noodles for 10 minutes in warm water.I cut them up after soaking
- While noodles are soaking mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Then add noodles. Let the meat mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
- Use about 2 spoonfulls of the meat in a wrapper..wrap up seal with egg.
- Deep fry for about 8 minutes.
