Another recipe from my wonderful Polish friends in Chicago.

Grilled with skewers on, then removed them for the pic. Very sweet and yummy. I used a Honey Djon mustard (1 tbsp) and 2 tbsp of syrup for half the ring of kielbasa. Perfect amount!

Ingredients

12 ounces polish kielbasa ( sounds like key-basa)
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup a good maple syrup

How To Make polish kielbasa maple bites - (grilled)

Step 1

Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces. Dip pieces into a mixture of ma[ple syrup whisked with mustard. thread sausages on skewers and grill on medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side till browned and heated through.

Step 2

Serves 6 or 3 hungry people.
