I used to take this to parties (when I sold Longaberger) and the guests would ask me to bring that "Best D**n Dip Ever". It seems it was so good they forgot what else to call it! I made it in a 9x13 as a double recipe, and it went quickly. Cutting the veggies and pepperoni with a clean pair of kitchen shears makes prep work simple too! Can be microwaved or baked. Just remember a very hearty chip to cut through all the wonderful goodness (Fritos scoops or something thicker like that).

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
pizza sauce (i use generic from krogers)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 c
each green pepper and green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella

How to Make Pizza Dip (aka "Best D**n Dip Ever"

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream and spread into the bottom of a pie plate. Cover evenly with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with green pepper, green onion and pepperoni. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 min. Cover with mozzarella and bake 5 min more. Serve with Fritos scoops or similar thick chip.
  2. You can microwave in the pie plate instead. Dip is done when the center slides when you tip the pie plate slightly. If your microwave can handle the 9x13 size, double the recipe! Or bake the 9x13 in the oven.
