How to Make Pickled Chicken
1Cover all ingredients except jello with white vinegar and boil till the meat is done.
2Remove chicken to dish. Bring juice to boil and add 1/2 of a 3 oz pkg of lemon jello. Stir to dissolve and pour over the chicken.
3Press down with a plate and when liquid is solid it's ready to eat.
