Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jar picante sauce (16oz)
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves (optional)
How To Make picante glazed meatballs

Step 1Heat oven to 375*

Step 2Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil

Step 3Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic and 1/4 cup picante sauce. Makes about 40 meatballs. Place on baking sheet for 15 minutes, turning half way through.

Step 4Mix remaining picante sauce and jelly in a sauce pan to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Reduce to 1 cup and add thyme-if desired.

Step 5Add meatballs to sauce, heat and serve!
