Ingredients For pesto-pepperoni roll up

  • 1 c
    basil pesto
  • 1 pkg
    8 count flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
  • 1 pkg
    (3.5oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 3
    roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 1
    yellow or onange bell pepper
  • 1
    small can chopped black olives(drained)
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make pesto-pepperoni roll up

  • 1
    Spread 2 tablespoons pesto evenly over each tortillas.Arrange some pepperoni slices over pesto on each tortillas.Sprinkle tomato,pepper,olives,and cheese.Evenly over the pepperoni to within a 1/2 inch of the tortillas.

    Roll up tortilla tightly.Then cut into slices .
