Made this one year for christmas and the family loved it ..

Ingredients

  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 package 8 count flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
  • 1 package (3.5oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 3 - roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 1 - yellow or onange bell pepper
  • 1 - small can chopped black olives(drained)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make pesto-pepperoni roll up

  • Step 1
    Spread 2 tablespoons pesto evenly over each tortillas.Arrange some pepperoni slices over pesto on each tortillas.Sprinkle tomato,pepper,olives,and cheese.Evenly over the pepperoni to within a 1/2 inch of the tortillas.
  • Step 2
    Roll up tortilla tightly.Then cut into slices .
