Ingredients
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 1 package 8 count flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
- 1 package (3.5oz) sliced pepperoni
- 3 - roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 1 - yellow or onange bell pepper
- 1 - small can chopped black olives(drained)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make pesto-pepperoni roll up

Step 1Spread 2 tablespoons pesto evenly over each tortillas.Arrange some pepperoni slices over pesto on each tortillas.Sprinkle tomato,pepper,olives,and cheese.Evenly over the pepperoni to within a 1/2 inch of the tortillas.

Step 2Roll up tortilla tightly.Then cut into slices .
