pepperoni pizza spread
This is a great dip and my "go to" dip for fall football get togethers. I have found that you must use real mayo, with no low fat substitute.

Makes 6 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (don't substitute low fat)
- 1 cup pepperoni (chopped)
- 4 ounces mushroom pieces
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 6 ounces black olives (drained & chopped)

Step 1Combine all ingredients and transfer to 11" x 7" baking dish.

Step 2Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until edges are bubbly and brown, approximately 25-30 minutes.

Step 3Serve with crackers, breadsticks and/or French bread.
