Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 ounces package of pepperoni diced small
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make pepperoni and parmesan meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and roll into golf ball size meatballs. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Step 2Serve in spaghetti sauce over spaghetti or just as an appetizer with marinara dipping sauce
