Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
How To Make peanut butter meatballs

Step 1Mix the beef with the peanut butter, onion, garlic, chili sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into golf size meat balls.

Step 2Place butter in large skillet. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Work in batches if necessary.

Step 3Mix the tomato sauce with the paprika and oregano. Pour over the meatballs and cook 5 minutes.
