  • 5
    10 inch flour tortillas
  • 5 Tbsp
    thousand island dressing
  • 3/4 lb
    cold slaw
  • 1/2 pkg
    pastrami, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pkg
    swiss cheese, thinly sliced

How to Make Pastrami and Cheese Roll ups


  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand island dressing over each of 5 tortillas. Divide coleslaw, pastrami and cheese over the bottom portion of each tortilla. Roll up.
  2. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into pieces. Serves 6.
