Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- SAUCE:
- 1 - 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 1 - 10 oz. jar grape jelly
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make party meatballs

Step 1Combine beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg and milk.

Step 2Shape into 3/4-inch balls and chill 2 hours.

Step 3Take out of refrigerator and place in a shallow pan with the oil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

Step 4Prepare sauce by combining chili sauce, jelly and water in a small saucepan.

Step 5Bring to a boil.

Step 6Meantime, drain excess oil from meatballs, cover with sauce and bake an additional 30 min.

Step 7Spoon meatballs into a chafing dish and serve with toothpicks.
