ground beef
1/2 c
chopped onions
2 Tbsp
chili sauce
2 Tbsp
low sodium soy sauce, to taste
1/4 tsp

chow mein noodles, crushed
2 Tbsp

How to Make Oriental Meatballs Crunch


  • 1Drain water chestnuts; chop.
  • 2Beat 1 egg and milk in bowl.
  • 3Add ground beef, onion, sauces, pepper and waterchestnuts; mix well.
  • 4Form into balls.
  • 5Beat remaining egg with 2 tablespoons water.
  • 6Dip meatballs in egg mixture; roll in crushed noodles.
  • 7Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
  • 8Recipe can be doubled.
